Alexander with Nina
Alexander is Nina Tucker's pet dog in Fullmetal Alchemist. He is Nina's best friend and only play-mate until the series' main protagonists Edward Elric and his brother Alphonse come to the Tuckers' home to study Alchemy and become friends with Alexander and Nina. However, while the Elrics are away, Nina's father Shou Tucker fuses Alexander and Nina together to create a talking Chimera that is subsequently murdered by a serial killer named Scar.
In the 2003 Anime, a deranged and mutated Tucker calls out for Alexander after his attempts to resurrect Nina only result in the creation of a lifeless Nina doll.
