The Bad-Luck Creatures are a peculiar species of sea-dwelling animals which allegedly bring bad luck to those around them. They're timid creatures with a friendly disposition.
Biology[]
Members of this species are rotund, purple-skinned, dog-sized creatures which swim close to the sea floor. Their faces are flat and seem to combine features of fish and mammals, including a pair of fin-like ears and a couple of tusks protruding from the lower jaw.
Their four limbs are short and end in flippers. They appear to swim principally with their fore-flippers, although they may also make use of the hind-flippers and tail.
Like most mammals, the Bad-Luck Creatures are viviparous. They seem to give birth to litters of eight, which are born underwater and ready to swim.
Members of this species are also known to express emotions in a way similar to human beings: they cry when they get sad and produce laughter when they find something amusing.
