Blue Bats are mutant bats from the Gone book series by Michael Grant.
History[]
They were discovered in a cave by a mutant human named Duck Zhang. Dead ones are later used to attract mutant worms called Zekes away from people picking the cabbages that grow in the field that the Zekes live in. It is assumed that they either became normal bats or died when the Gaiaphage was destroyed.
