The Butatsch-Ah-Ilgs is a mysterious and grotesque cryptid which reportedly inhabits Lake Lüschersee in the Swiss Alps. Local folklore regards this lake as an entrance to Hell itself.
This monster has been described as resembling a disembodied stomach, with multiple eyes that can emit flames. The local populace fears this creature, to the point that fishermen will refuse to fish on the lake, shepherds will not allow their animals to drink from it, and parents will warn children to stay away from it.
