A Carnotaurus is a large horned theropod that appears in the 2000 Disney CG film, Dinosaur.
Overview[]
They appeared to be a huge theropods covered with horned spines on the top of their backs, large horns used presumably for combat, light crimson red scales, gray underbelly, tiny arms, and large powerful legs capable for incredible speed. They served as the main antagonists of Dinosaur, although they don't appear much throughout the film.
Notes[]
- The dinosaur shown in the film appears to be much bigger than its real counterpart, as the film shows its size similar to a Tyrannosaurus Rex. In reality, a carnotaur is a medium sized theropod.
