Chandra is a witch who worked as a stage magician and one of the guests at Dracula's Halloween party also attended by Mystery Inc.
History[]
She fabricated having summoned the Ghost of Dr. van Helsing but was actually working with Igor in a scheme to obtain the Moonstone Medallion to take over Dracula's castle. Though her plan was ultimately foiled when in an attempt to turn Scooby into a toad, the spell ended up hitting her instead, as well as making her lose her magic, presumably leaving her as a toad for the rest of her life.
