Cig's Clown is a skeletal undead clown which lurks in dark, murky water and grabs people from below to devour them.
This character was created by Cig Neutron for the spotlight challenge of the Face Off season 7 episode "Scared Silly", in which contestants had to create a monstrous clown inspired by their own childhood fears, which in Cig's case was a fear of dark water. Cig reveals that he used to have nightmares about skeletal creatures trying to drag him underwater, so all he did was sculpt one of these beasts from his nightmares and dress it up as a clown.
