Corpse-Weepers are large, predatory birds which lived below the 2nd layer of the Abyss from within the Forest of Temptation.
Overview[]
Corpse-Weepers are a carnivorous and quite violent creatures with white feathers and have three-eyes; one specifically located in the centre of their forehead. They even possess an elongated tongue in place of their (unusually absent) break. They're able to mimic sounds which acts as a direct result of their social hunting capability, they can also learn from Hammerbeaks and even humans on how to imitate a "cry for help" that will potentially draw others into their colony despite being rather affectionate.
Corpse-Weepers are a raptorial species that live in colonies and raise their chicks together where an adult would carry living prey towards their nest and feed to the hatchlings. Around breeding season, Corpse-Weepers deliberately send other creatures especially humans into their territory where they'll hunt down.
