Count Zarko is a vampire whose coffin was once buried in Tumbleweed County in western USA. Many years later, the coffin was accidentally unearthed by Deputy Dusty, his dog Yabba-Doo and Yabba's nephew Scrappy-Doo. Like many vampires, Zarko displays such abilities as mesmerism and turning into a bat.
History[]
The undead Zarko planned to hypnotize all the Tumbleweed County's population and turn them into mindless zombies. He came close to doing so, but was defeated by the Deputy and the dogs, who tricked him into believing that the sun was rising, so he would hide in his coffin. As soon as he did, they mailed the coffin to Transylvania and turned the population back to normal with the smell of garlic - as they had found that it could not only repel vampires but also break their spells.
