Dr. Jackyll in his human form.
Dr. Jackyll, a.k.a. Mr. Snyde, is a man who can spontaneously assume an alternate monstrous form with a separate personality. He's one of the competitors in Count Dracula's annual Monster Road Rally, in which he drives a vehicle known as the Split-Personality Special. He has also developed a serum to create illusory monsters and scare other competitors away.
