The Dracorex is an extinct species of herbivorous pachycephalosaurian dinosaurs. Their skulls were adorned with spikes and long horns, and they had two spiky sails on their backs. Despite being herbivorous, they possessed very sharp teeth.
History[]
A member of this species passed through a temporal anomaly to medieval England, where it was mistaken for a dragon and pursued by a knight called Sir William de Mornay. Eventually, Sir William followed the Dracorex into another anomaly, this time to the 21st century. While Sir William eventually returned to his own time, the Dracorex remained in the present, under the care of the Anomaly Research Center.

Notes[]
- Like the case of the Jurassic Park dilophosaur, the Dracorex from Primeval is a somewhat fanciful reconstruction and uses a lot of artistic licence. Based on the limited fossil record available, it isn't known whether the real Dracorex looked anything similar to it.
