Eddie the Mean Old Yeti, Eddie the Yeti or simply Eddie for short, is a former antagonist, later a recurring character on the Donkey Kong Country animated series. He is a white-furred yeti who lives in the White Mountains and located in a snow cave, but he hates intruders invading his territory.

- 8 years later, a different yeti named Sassy Squatch has appeared in the game DK: King of Swing, but unlike Eddie, he is larger and more malicious than him.
- A white-furred variant of Donkey Kong who appears in the game Donkey Kong Country Returns, when the player loses a life eight times in any level, has a strong resemblance with him.
- Contrary to his name, he is neither old nor mean.
