An unnamed, middle-aged Elf mayor of a village which was near Hilda's old house in the wilderness.
Overview[]
After an attack on her own home, Hilda had a meeting arranged by Alfur with the mayor of Elves who unknowably resided near where Hilda and her mother Johanna lived initially. Where the mayor along with his pregnant pet Nitten Angelina confront her outside one morning. Likewise, he refused to tell Hilda about the Prime-mister's location but when Angelina get into Hilda's hair which she would only return her if he reveals the whereabouts of the Prime-mister which the mayor does thus Hilda kept her promise and reunited him with Angelina.
