Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerynchwyrndrob, more commonly known as Eugene, is a small bizarre merman who acts as a comedian.
Biology[]
Eugene is a short, odd merman whose body is mostly a greyish green color. His hands have four fingers, including an opposable thumb; while his feet have only three toes. At first glance he appears to have prominent hair which is actually an antenna with a glowing lobe atop.
As a vertebrate creature and is enable to breath on land aside from underwater, he possesses external gills and luminous markings: that appear on him when in dark places like a cave. Eugene can also magically fabricate optical illusions like a sea serpent or hide any certain expressions upon his face which although aren't visual by photographs from a camera.
According to Eugene himself, his actual name can only be pronounced through gills.

- His dastardly grin is similar to the Grinch.
