The Flood Fairy is an elemental nature spirit born in a forest which had been devastated by flood. She uses her powers to bring the land and its vegetation back to life and help it recover.
This fairy was created by Dina Cimarusti for the spotlight challenge of the Face Off season 7 episode "Beautiful Disaster", in which contestants were challenged to create a beautiful elemental fairy born from a natural disaster.
