Gargoyle: Wings of Darkness[]
Syfy's first gargoyle movie the 2004 movie Gargoyle: Wings of Darkness. An earthquake releases a single gargoyle that had been sealed inside a tomb since 1592. It begins killing people and laying eggs.
Reign of the Gargoyles[]
Gargoyles returned in the 2007 movie Reign of the Gargoyles. In World War II, Nazis find stone gargoyles in ancient ruins and bring them to life using the blood of Colonel Schreiber. The gargoyles turn back into stone when their leader is stabbed through the heart with the Holy Lance.
Rise of the Gargoyles[]
Gargoyles made their most recent appearance in the 2009 movie Rise of the Gargoyles. Here a Gargoyle lived in a hidden room in Saint Jean Andre Church in Paris, France. It is ultimately turned to stone and smashed by American Professor Jack Randall (Eric Balfour), reporter Nicole Ricard (Caroline Neron) and her cameraman Walsh (Justin Salinger).
