The Giant Sea Spider is an enormous spider-like creature which dwells in the great depths of the ocean and weaves monumental webs, large enough to trap an entire submarine.
Biology[]
This daikaiju-sized arthropod has four pairs of legs as well as a pair of pedipalps equipped with grasping pincers. It also has multiple pairs of glowing red eyes, and its entire body appears to be covered in filamentous seaweed, which presumably gives it a good camouflage. It can use its eight legs to swim as well as to crawl over the sea floor. Unlike most arachnids, it produces kaiju-like vocalizations.
