The Giant Spider is one of the antagonists of the Primal episode Terror Under The Blood Moon.
Overview[]
The spider was been described of having a smaller cephalothorax compared to its larger abdomen with a hunched position, lower jaw under its chelicerae covered with teeth, red furred body covered with black shades, eight purple eyes, and eight wooded legs covered with sharp tips. The spider even has the capability to shoot webs out of its mouth to trap its prey.
The spider appeared to have a strange symbiotic relationship with the bats, who would bring their food or prey to it so it can either eat or trap it with webs to kill it.
It appeared in an episode, where it confronted Fang who was trying to find Spear when she was taken by the bats to it's lair. While beating Fang, Spear freed from his web bondage and tried to fight back against the spider, only for him to be hit back by it. After getting knocked out by it, Spear saw a triceratops corpse, where he hit its frill with a rock and rips its horn out of it. Spear then impaled the Spider's head with the ceratops' horn, killing it. After Spear and Fang's escape from its cave, the bats returned only to find its corpse much to their anger before began chasing them.
