Glaceon is an Ice-type Pokémon species and the result of an Eevee being leveled up in the proximity of an Ice Rock, to trigger its evolution into this specific form (as other types of conditions will generate different results). In Galar, using an Ice Stone will also work.

Biology[]

As noted above, Glaceon's juvenile stage is Eevee: a Pokémon known for its highly-adaptable genetic structure, which can evolve into many different forms depending on environmental factors. Like all Eevee-derived Pokémon, Glaceon has a gender ratio of seven males to just one female.

Glaceon is an elegant fox-like quadruped with long ears and light blue-colored fur. It can use its ice powers to freeze and sharpen its fur into needles which can be fired at its opponents as a natural defense mechanism. Another technique it can use is to lower the atmosphere's temperature to produce a mist of tiny ice crystals around itself. It can lower its own temperature down to -75 degrees Fahrenheit (-59.4 °C).

Eevee has its own Z-Crystal which is called Eevium Z.

Some Eevee are capable of temporarily assuming a Gigantamax form when they Dynamax. They cannot evolve.
