These unidentified horned theropods appeared in Genndy Tartakovsky's Primal.
Overview[]
The theropods have horns located at the top of their snouts, two fingers, hunched postured bodies, red skins with black stripes, exposed jagged teeth, and various numbers of horns. Each of the members of the pack have differences from their appearances alongside from their leader who was much larger than them and even Fang.
Responsible for killing Spear's family, the horned theropods have also attacked Fang and her babies which makes Spear joining the fight while protecting her babies. After the theropods were annihilated by the duo, the huge alpha came out of nowhere and ate Fang's babies while the two watched helplessly. The duo then worked together to fight off the leader (despite being smaller compared to it) until Spear impaled it's head, killing it.
It is unknown if there are still more horned theropods besides those responsible eating Spear and Fang's loved ones.
Notes[]
- Although they were mentioned as "horned tyrannosaurs" by Genndy Tartakovsky, the theropods barely have any similarities to Tyrannosaurs from real life. Not to mention their horns, since no real horned theropods were recorded as either being as large or larger than a T-rex.
