Incineroar is a Fire/Dark-type Pokémon species which resembles a bipedal feline. It has a juvenile stage known as Litten and an intermediary stage known as Torracat, both of which are pure Fire-types. Due to its violent fighting technique, Incineroar has become known as the "Heel Pokémon".
Incineroar has its own Z-Crystal which is called Incinium Z.
Biology[]
Incineroar is a bipedal creature, similar to a feline humanoid with a long tail and five-fingered hands with sharp claws. Its feet have only three toes, however.
Like many Fire-types, Incineroar constantly releases flames from its body; specifically from its midsection. As a result, the flames form what appears to be a fire-made wrestler's belt around its waist. Its fur is usually red with black stripes, although in the rare shiny variant, the stripes are white instead.
Incineroar is infamously known for its harsh disposition and tendency to ignore trainers' orders if it's not in the mood to listen. However, it will not attack weak adversaries, as it considers fighting unworthy opponents to be uninteresting and is always seeking out a bigger challenge.
History[]
Incineroar made its debut in Pokémon Sun and Moon, the first games of Generation VII. Outside of the Pokémon franchise, Incineroar is an unlockable playable character in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Its moveset includes Darkest Lariat, Cross Chop, Revenge and Malicious Moonsault.

Notes[]
- Despite being a fire/dark-type Pokémon, Incineroar's SSBU moveset only has three moves with a flame effect and entirely lacks moves with a darkness effect. This is because Incineroar's moveset is based on wrestling moves.
- In SSBU, Incineroar continuously takes damage while swimming, a trait shared with Charizard, Sonic and Inkling. Keeping with the wrestler theme, it is shown to gloat after landing certain attacks and express frustration if they miss.
- A spot in SSBU was reserved for a Sun and Moon Pokémon so the game would have at least one character from a more recent game. Incineroar beat Decidueye for this spot because game director Masahiro Sakurai wanted a character with a wrestler inspired moveset.
