Jonathan 'Jon' Osterman A.K.A. Doctor Manhattan is a former nuclear physicist and superhero who was the sole superpowered member of a superhero team known as Watchmen.
History[]
Jon was involved in an accident that completely destroyed his body and gave him immense powers. He served with the Watchmen for many years before the team disbanded. A few years later he was the victim of plot by former teammate Adrian Veidt to achieve world peace.
