Kelp Folk are a race of small, aquatic mutants who seemingly live in kelp. They roam wherever its wet; such as the ocean or during a rainstorm, in which case if without any water at all, they'll instantly dry up. They also hoard stuff within the shoreline.
Biology[]
Kelp Folk are lilliputian creatures; roughly resembling sea-monkeys, around the size of a mouse with orange skin and have a long, flat tail. They also possess three-fingered hands and two-toed feet. Kelp Folk roam in watery areas besides the ocean while if they were to ever step into a dry location, would thus cause them dehydrate, although they will return to normal upongetting wet again.
