The Kraken are an oceanic species of gargantuan mollusk that can go into hibernation which last for over centennial periods.
Biology[]
The Kraken are large, multi-eyed greyish-blue skinned octopods. They have a vast shell that form like an island while they're laid dormant which in turn serve as a habitat for many other creatures and consist of a four part mandible-like mouth.
Kraken appear to nourish their babies with wood, typically from shipwrecks or boats; that aren't made of anything else like metal.
