The Kraken are a sapient race of aquatic supernatural beings who most allegedly believe to be nothing more than ravenous aggressive creatures although while they themselves act as guardians which for centuries, have protected the world from all kinds of numerous creatures especially Mermaids.
Biology[]
The Kraken are colorful, pisci-centaurian legged creatures that live on both land and underwater. Their squishy, boneless flexible bodies enable them to stretch over short distances. While apparently royal female members of the species obtain a strong, larger form thus assume the appearance of a semi-humanoid, multi-legged cephalopod. Skin color varies significantly from one individual to another, encompassing of mainly blue, green or purple. Whereas royals possess numerous abilities such as laser vision, armored skin and superhuman speed. They also have visible gills around their neck despite them living onshore unlimitedly.
Culture and society[]
The Kraken are considered as a peaceful species, although most humans had misunderstood them being monstrous beasts. Roughly over millennium, royal Krakens have watched both land and sea while as guardians. Kraken are very shy creatures but have self-control.
