Kristin is a one-time character featured in the animated version of Tales from the Crypt.
History[]
For most of her life, Kristin believed she was the only surviving member of her kind; being shapeshifting sea monsters, enable to take human form. However, when she heard about an attack on a boat by another in the small fishing community of Culver Bay, Kristin immediately drove there only to come across a expert fisherman who vowed to kill the creature at any cost but Kristin was against on that.
Kristin soon met a particular man who suggested otherwise about a sea monster not existing and thus he took her out on his boat where they found nothing. Sometime around nightfall, Kristin snuck aboard the fisherman's boat. When the sea monster had shown up and was caught by the fisherman in his his net although it broke free, the fisherman tried to attack the beast but Kristin stopped him and got in his way where he throw her overboard into the ocean. Shortly after, the sea monster unexpectedly turned back into that man who Kristin met earlier and the fisherman had him trapped. When all of a sudden, another sea monster appeared thus nearly destroyed the fisherman's boat and his equipment where the angler passed out from fear. The other sea monster gazed at the man tenderly as it then reverted into Kristin for she too was a sea monster like him and united, they both soon returned to the ocean.
