The "Krixchok" (an approximation of what the native Atlanteans call it) is a strange species of large, cylindrical sea slug which lives in the depths of the Atlantic Ocean. It has mobile eyestalks, and its body is covered in fur or fur-like setae. It lives in burrows on the sea floor and acts as an ambush predator, killing its victims by releasing powerful electric discharges.
