The Face Off version of Lagoona Blue appeared in season 11 of 2017 TV series called Face Off. She's a daughter of a Gill-man named Wayde Blue and a sea nymph, so you can that she's a hybrid daughter, also she was created by two artists named Cig and George. This version is significantly more fish-like.
