This unnamed lake creature is a humanoid amphibious beast who lives in the same lake inhabited by the Beaver brothers: Norbert Foster Beaver and Daggett Doofus Beaver.
Biology[]
The lake creature is a plantigrade humanoid biped with a dorsal sail extending all the way from his forehead to the tip of his long reptilian tail. He has a scaly body, clawed tridactyl hands, red eyes, barbels, a white beard and fangs.
History[]
When the Beaver brothers find a box containing filming equipment and a black-and-white film footage of this creature in their lake, they assume it's from the Oxnard Montalvo unfinished film The Not-So Friendly Creature from the Off-White Puddle Who Will Eat You. Being huge fans of Montalvo's monster movies, the brothers decide to complete the film.
When the real creature shows up, they discover that the camera and film actually belonged to him. The monster reveals himself as a friendly and articulate creature and thanks the Beavers for finding his lost camera.
Appearances[]
- The Angry Beavers, s02e04, "Dag for Night" (1998)
Notes[]
- This creature is an homage to the Gill-man from the 1954 classic Creature from the Black Lagoon.
