Leafwings are flying reptile-like creatures native to Skull Island and the Hollow Earth.
Overview[]
They appeared to have a more pterosaur like appearance, having the same size as an adult human; which makes them capable of grabbing a human. They were covered in green skin with yellow heads, orange wings, and long spear-like snouts covered in jagged edges similar to saw sharks. The entire flock can preach in leafless trees and use their leafs as camouflage in order to hide from predators or prey.
They go violent after eating a Skull Island Pufferfish and attack other animals.

- Although the Leafwings were related to the Psychovultures, they have different similarities between the two species.
- Their original designs were based on stingrays.
- They are the smallest kaiju in the MonsterVerse.
- They are described as a "Subspecies of the Psychovulture", however this taxonomically inaccurate since it is not only a full species, but it also belongs to a completely different genus from the Psychovulture.
