Lyma's Subterranean Creature was created by Lyma Millot for the spotlight challenge of the Face Off season 5 episode "Subterranean Terror". This creature was originally a scientist who was exposed to toxic material and mutated into a monstrous bat-like humanoid with a second row of sharp teeth protruding from its mouth. Lyma was deemed safe by the judges.
