This unnamed man is a one-time character featured in the animated version of Tales from the Crypt.
Biography[]
For years, this thought he was the last one of his own strange kind. When he attacked a boat and therefore became known to public, most people wanted the monster gone although a mysterious woman (who had secretly been a sea monster herself as well), wised to find him so they could be together. After being caught by a fisherman, he was thankfully rescued by the woman thus they both returned into the ocean.
