This new species of medusa is a microscopic organism found in sea water. Their bodies contain high concentrations of calcium, which is what powers their movements and gives them a bright green bioluminescence. They're also capable of infecting human bodies, where they can be extremely dangerous due to their ability to generate electrical discharges. When the host sweats, these discharges can spread through the body and rapidly destroy skin and muscular tissue, leaving parts of the victim's skeleton exposed.
