Melinda is one of the main protagonists in the [[adult swim]] animated series, Unicorn: Warriors Eternal. She was a powerful sorceress and member of a heroic group called " the Order of Unicorn", whose spirits were had been reincarnated inside a host's body for over a millennium.
History[]
The daughter of two mystical beings; Merlin and Morgan, Melinda was blessed with dark magic powers that her father insisted she would not use and keep it a secret from her own mother. She later joined forces with both Edred and Seng to confront a mysterious evil and meet a futuristic robot called Copernicus who obtained each of souls to which every 1000 years, would seek out numerous people to use as their host. Nowadays and while in a city of London, Melinda's latest vessel is a young woman named Emma Fairfax although in spite of her transformation and unlike the others, Emma still had control over her body.

- While Melinda is considered to be "reincarnated", the actual state of her inhabiting Emma's body is more akin to possession, since reincarnation refers to being born again of new parents in a new body, not inhabiting the body of an already existing person.
