This unnamed merman appears in the animated comedy televison series, Family Guy episode Lois Kills Stewie.
Overview[]
The merman is described as humanoid fish with fins for arms, large black eyes, wears nothing but a small seashell and has human legs. He appears in the episode where right after Lois was shot by Stewie, the merman saved Lois from drowning by carrying to safety and treated her wounds. Though it sound romantic however when Lois awoke it turned out he wasn't what you'd expect a merman to look like and wished to make love to Lois, but she didn't allow it then pushed him down as he started squirming around like an ordinary fish.
Afterwards, the whole event of the episode was revealed to be nothing more than a simulation created by Stewie Griffin. Therefore, it is not known if whether this merman exists.
