The Mini Huggies are a small version of Huggy Wuggy. They're used specifically for the Playtime CO game "Wack-a-Wuggy".

While they all appear typically similar to Huggy Wuggy, apart from their miniature size and fur color varies among one individual to the next; including blue, red, green and yellow.
The rules of this game would involve the Huggies emerging from 18 holes thus the player must hit all of them with the GrabPack before times runs out. According to Mommy Long Legs, they were once tied along string presumably in order to prevent people from being attacked by them.
