The Occamy is a plumed, two-legged serpent-like bird that appears in the Harry Potter lore.
Overview[]
The Occamy is extremely aggressive to anyone who approaches it, even its eggs. It could be found in East Asia and India. It feeds on rats, monkeys, and anything small it could catch. The animal is said that it could change its sizes whenever it wants. In 1926, the creature escapes from Newt Scamander's case and wrecks havoc in New York City, but was soon captured by Newt and was taken back to his case.
