Oogie Boogie is the main antagonist of the 1993 stop motion animated classic, The Nightmare Before Christmas.
Overview[]
His appearance resembles a large burlap sack, when he is defeated, it is revealed that he is a colony of bugs wrapped in sacking. He has a cruel, sadistic behavior which shows him teasing Santa Claus in his lair. Despite his appearance, he is shown more of a coward.
Notes[]
- The character doesn't appear in Tim Burton's original poem, but Burton later sketched him that looks similar to a potato sack humanoid with horrible things inside in his autobiography.
