This is an unnamed reptilian predator discovered by the Challenger expedition, and one of the many prehistoric beasts that survive in the South American plateau known as Maple White Land.
Biology[]
This creature is a huge, bipedal, carnivorous reptile, described as being as bulky as an elephant, and yet surprisingly agile and swift. Its head is broad, squat, and reminiscent of a toad's. In spite of its size, it is capable of hopping like a kangaroo when in pursuit of its prey, making use of its powerful hindlimbs. Its forelimbs, on the other hand, are noticeably shorter, but are equipped with sharp claws for tearing apart prey. It makes deep vocalizations, described as something between a snore and a growl.
