Pulaski is a character and secondary antagonist in the film R.I.P.D.

Appearance[]

In his human form, Pulaski appears as a large man with blond hair wearing a sharp, tan suit. He commonly wears a pair of designer shades. When he in Deado form', Pulaski is ~7 feet tall and appears inhumanlty rotund. His suit is ripped and popped open, and his shoes are torn off.

Personality[]

Pulkaski is protrayed as rude and abrasive, ridicuiling Roy and Nicks appearance in a racist and mysoginistic way. He also seems to be a thrillseeker, willingly popping himslef due to being 'sick of hiding' and then proceeding to go on a very public rampage across the city.

Powers and Abilities[]

  • Inhuman Strength: Due to his massive size, Pulaski is immensely strong, capable of smashing down a walk-in freezer gate and bending an elevator door with ease.
  • Gravilty Manipulation: Pulaksi can manipulate gravity to run on walls and ceilings with little resistance. it is unclear if this is due to his size or some other factor of his Deado nature.
  • Limited Invulnerability: Due to being dead, Pulaski is invulnerable to normal attacks, can survie massive falls and even take non-headshots from R.I.P.D. bullets with minimal effect.

Weaknesses[]

  • Inhuman Appearance: Once transformed, Pulaski is obviously inhuman, causing mass panic by Humans at his sight.
  • Headshot Weakness: Pulaski can be 'erased' from existence by being shot in the head by a sprecial, R.I.P.D.-issued bullet.
