The Riftworm is a species of massive worm that were used to create burrows by tunnelling its way beneath the surface. It is described as a semi-intelligent lifeform and considered like a "god" to the locusts themselves. Riftworms usually devour everything in their path, it also have living organisms inside of one called Nemacytes, which might act as an antibody.
