The Shoe Monster is an unnamed mysterious creature that dwells within the Maw, it appears to live in a huge pile of shoes and will attack anybody who has entered into its domain.

While its appearance remains unknown, the monster would toss a various number of shoes as it lurks from beneath.
Just moments after when Six dives into an enormous pile of shoes, the unseen monster would therefore approach towards her and could attack unless she makes to a briefcase thus can reach the last one, only then will she be safe from the monster's grasp for it does not leave its territory.
