The Siren saying goodbye to Mark Harris.
Sirens are a species of ocean creatures, believed by most people to be a myth.
Biology[]
They're human from the waist up, with a scaly fish tail and pointed eyebrows. They're known for producing sounds that can affect the human nervous system.
The Siren song has soothing, almost narcotic properties. Amplified, however, it can induce a state of mental instability and lack of self-control.
Culture and society[]
Some young Sirens are known to keep bioluminescent sponge-like creatures as pets. Apparently, they're unable to speak human languages, even if they can comprehend them, and communicate solely through song.
Appearances[]
