The Snowbeast is a friendly, but lonely Yeti-like creature who resides on top of the Ice Mountain, in the vicinity of the Smurfs' village, somewhere in Europe. He cannot speak, but communicates with mumbling-like sounds.
His natural diet appears to consist at least partially out of ice and snow, although since he also seems to act as the guardian of the local snowflowers, it's possible that he might plant them and even feed on them occasionally.
