The Sphinx appeared in the 2008 movie called Riddles of the Sphinx. Its a hybrid creature living in ancient Egypt it has the head of a man and the body of a lion and it loves to give out riddles to some peoples. If he or she answers its riddles correctly they'll get a reward, if its wrong well let's just say they're fate will be unseen by the viewers and yes it can fly.
