The Neurotenic Spinosaurus is a mutated Spinosaurus that became under effect of the Neurotenic Strain, which presumably effects the nervous system. It is one of a few creatures to be mutated with this strain.
Biology[]
This Spinosaurus is entirely mutated, baring very little resemblance to its normal counterpart. It is naturally larger, with a skeletal almost undead appearance to it. Its sail had been replaced with numerous "antennae" with bio-luminescent ends on each, emitting a blue glow along with the rest of its skin, which is bare naked and not a inch of scales can be found on the body. Its skull structure is drastically altered into s thinner bony shape, with no eye sockets and eyeballs, and extended cheekbones with indents along the snout to detect thermal heat. Along with needle-like teeth, its tongue is retractable and covered in barbs. Its hands possess a abnormally large curved claw.
The Neuro-Spino is a creature capable of supernatural abilities, most of which revolve around the matters of sight: through its EMP it can seemingly alter the weather to its will, and if any creature is standing too close to it, its bio-luminescent light is able to blind the creature. This is temporary only in the presence of the creature, and those that survive an encounter describe as only able to see a "static snow". Conceptual abilities exist, such as changing the weather when the need persists.
