Stanley Ipkiss, a.k.a. "The Mask", is a man who came in possession of an ancient wood mask containing the spirit of the mischievous Norse god Loki. When wearing the mask he was transformed into a wacky, green-faced criminal/vigilante with the powers to stretch his body, move at superspeed and bend the laws of physics in strange and comedic ways.
