Terrans (Cybertronus Terran) are Earth made Cybertronian-like, organic/technological hybrid robots. They were created by Quintus Prime's Emberstone and human DNA.
History[]
After helping establish Cybertron's culture, Quintus Prime left his homeworld, using the Emberstone to seed life on planets across the universe. The Emberstone eventually wound up on Earth beneath the land that would one day become Witwicky, Pennsylvania.
In the modern era, after the Autobots and Decepticons had come to Earth and eventually ended their war, human siblings Robby and Mo Malto fell into the Emberstone's cave. After knocking it off its pedestal, the siblings activated the Emberstone as they returned it to its rightful place. It created two Terrans, a female named Twitch and a male named Thrash, from a nearby pool of water affected by the relic and bestowed cyber-sleeves upon the humans to guide the newborn Terrans.
When Optimus Prime was informed how Twitch and Thrash had come into being, he recognized the Emberstone's powers from legend. After the Maltos and Terrans retrieve it for him, Optimus explained the Emberstone's capabilities. Though the relic was teleported out Optimus' hand by Skywarp, the Maltos would retrieve it. Falling back to the cave under Optimus' orders, the Maltos appealed to Quintus for aid while being outnumbered by Arachnamechs. Heeding their call, the Emberstone created three more Terrans, consisting of a second female named Hashtag, a second male named Jawbreaker, and a non-binary Terran named Nightshade. When Nova Storm's missile barrage caused a cave-in, Mo lost her hold on the Emberstone, sending it flying into the pool.
