The Mind Flayer is a malevolent creature and one of the two main antagonists in Stranger Things, who was first introduced in Season Two.
History[]
The Mind Flayer started off as a particular storm-like mass of shadowy mist within the Upside Down until it came into contact with Henry Creel who gotten banished where they both formed an unlikely bond.
The Mind Flayer managed to possess a pack of Demogorgons (or Demodogs) and Will Byers before Eleven closed the interdimensional gateway, but a small piece of it remained which created a proxy physical form made from melted brainwashed victims; rodents and humans.
