The Time Slime is an evil chronokinetic spirit and one of the thirteen ghosts who have been imprisoned inside the mystical Chest of Demons, until being unwittingly released by Scooby-Doo and Shaggy Rogers.

Overview

Appearing as a gaunt, pale-skinned humanoid, Time Slime is a phenomenally powerful spirit who has the capacity to control, rewind, or speed up time. He operates from a hideout filled with clocks, in the mountainous city of Cuckoosberg, and seeks to take control over the Chest of Demons and the entire world.

In the alternate timeline in which he did so, the world was apparently converted into a post-apocalyptic landscape in which everyone served the Time Slime and the rebels who refused to do so were persecuted as criminals by the evil ghost's minions.

Notes

• In the first episode of the series, it is established that only a mortal can open the Chest of Demons. In this episode, however, Time Slime is inexplicably able to open it.
